What You’ll Be Doing:- Manage and circulate key loan documents including drawdowns, rollovers, interest and fee notices
- Maintain daily portfolio reconciliation reports and update internal loan data
- Liaise with agent banks and internal departments to resolve queries and discrepancies
- Administer bilateral and sub-participation loan transactions from inception to repayment
- Ensure all conditions precedent, approvals, and compliance steps are met before drawdowns
- Monitor late payments and collaborate with back office on reconciliation
- Input and adjust loan transactions within the internal credit systems
- Experience working on bilateral and sub-participation loan products
- Confidence handling end-to-end loan admin processes and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong Excel skills (intermediate and above)
- Organised and deadline-driven with a high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage your own workload with minimal supervision
