Senior Sales Associate

This luxury British fashion retailer is looking to welcome a senior sales associate to join its team in its flagship store. The company offers up a plethora timeless pieces to its international customer base, whilst growing its presence in the world of luxury.

The role will be centred around championing the sales ceremony, ensuring excellent service is being administered to customers, to create strong relationships and long term retention. Providing guidance to other members of the team, to improve the overall performance of the store will also be necessary, as well as an understanding of industry trends to provide insights on styling in store.

Coming from a luxury or premium fashion background, the ideal candidate will have prior experience working with KPIs, capable of working under pressurised environments. A passion for for fashion will be desirable as well as a natural warmth to integrate with the team seamlessly, and resonate with clients will also be necessary.

The succesful applicant will receive a salary of up to £38,000, with further OTE available through a group bonus and individual commission. The company are in the midst of some growth, providing opportunites to develop and progress internally.
