Are you a strategic HR professional with a passion for driving meaningful people initiatives? Would you like to join a forward-thinking team where inclusion, progress and integrity are more than just values—they're the foundation of everything they do?

Due to maternity leave within the HR team, we’re working with our client to recruit an experienced HR Project Manager on a fixed-term contract until the end of January 2026. This is a key role where you’ll take the lead on critical projects aligned to the organisation’s People Strategy, including equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), employee experience, policy development and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver strategic HR projects, including pay policy and structure review
  • Drive initiatives like private medical insurance and employee appreciation schemes
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders on people strategy implementation
  • Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
  • Champion EDI/DEI integration across all HR project activity

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in HR project management or organisational development
  • Track record of implementing people strategies and policies
  • Familiarity with EDI/DEI practices in a corporate or professional setting
  • Comfortable navigating complex governance and slow-paced environments
  • Ability to build credibility and communicate clearly at all levels
