We’re looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team in Aston, Birmingham. Whether you’re just starting out or already have some sales or business development experience, if you’re someone with natural people skills, drive, and curiosity – we want to hear from you. We are now looking for an energetic, persuasive and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Aston, Birmingham.
You’ll learn about our full range of products and solutions, build relationships with potential and existing clients, and help them find the right support for their business.
- Getting to know our services inside and out, from consultancy to training
- Using email, phone, and video to connect with new and existing members (plus occasional travel)
- Building long-term relationships and spotting opportunities for upselling
- Exploring new sectors and finding fresh leads
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth, positive customer experience
- Managing your own sales plan and achieving KPIs and targets
Experience in a marketing, sales, business development environment will be beneficial, but not essential. Confident speaking to strangers and building rapport.
