Linkby is a global VC-funded adtech business that connects both established and emerging D2C ecommerce brands with the world’s largest publishers — including MailOnline, Hearst, News UK, Hello!, Independent Media, and Reach PLC. Our platform enables brands and publishers to collaborate more profitably and effectively through performance-driven, PR-inspired products and services.
As we continue to build out our global publishing team to support Linkby’s rapid growth in the UK, US and APAC markets, we’re looking for a data-obsessed Publisher Data & Insights Manager to play a key role in compiling and visualising insights to help inform strategy and success across our global publisher network.
Reporting to the UK Publisher Partnerships Lead and working closely with the global publishing team, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on transforming data into insights (using AI where it makes sense!), streamlining reporting processes, and enabling cross-functional teams to make smarter, faster decisions. You’ll be instrumental in tracking performance across our publishing portfolio globally, identifying opportunities for growth, and building scalable analytics workflows that drive commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect, clean, and analyse publisher campaign performance data across multiple channels and platforms to uncover actionable insights and trends.
- Compile visually compelling and insight-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all reporting outputs, ensuring high-quality campaign tracking and documentation.
- Advise on smart ways we can incorporate AI into our report-building to work smarter, not harder.
- Build and streamline scalable systems for global reporting, increasing operational efficiency for the global publishing team.
- Support the Publishing Success Coordinator in their daily tasks, including updating recurring publisher performance decks and case studies.
- Partner with the Publisher Partnerships, Customer Success, and Sales teams to translate data and insights into revenue-driving strategies for publishers.
- Collaborate with the Head of Performance Marketing to identify areas for growth across arbitrage efforts.
- 3–5 years of experience in a data analysis, reporting, or digital marketing support role - ideally within media, publishing, adtech, or ecommerce.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, data visualization tools, and reporting software. Knowledge of SQL or other query languages is a plus.
- Interest in, and passion for, AI and its transformational capabilities.
- The ability to translate data insights into clear, visually impactful decks using tools like Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Canva.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised, with a commitment to data accuracy and the ability to manage multiple timelines.
- Collaborative, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first team environment.
- £45,000-50,000 annually + quarterly bonus based on business performance.
- Competitive ESOP (employee stock ownership plan).
- WFH flexibility (with WeWork membership).
- Home-office credit.
- Regular team get-togethers.
