Job Description
Type A is looking for an SEO Account Manager to plan, manage and deliver SEO deliverables for our clients. This role is half client facing and half SEO delivery. You will work with a team of technical SEO specialists, digital PR consultants and copywriters in order to deliver SEO results for our clients. The role is a client services role where 70% of your time will be spent managing client strategy and daily communication. 30% of your time will be spent building high level SEO deliverables and helping your team of specialists.
Day to Day
- Understanding SEO deliverables and building presentations to help the client understand them
- Building reports to understand the clients SEO performance
- Building presentations and providing your SEO analysis to the client
- Presenting the teamβs work on a client call
- Writing status updates for clients and responding to their queries via email
Month to Month
- Working with specialists to plan new client deliverables that align with your strategy
- Analysing performance, building a quarterly business review and presenting it to the client
Skills Required
- Strong working knowledge of SEO best practice and search engine trends
- Highly proficient in building and analysing reports from GSC, GA, GTM and Looker Studio
- Personable and enjoy talking with clients
- Highly organised with experience planning and managing work delivery
Travel to London
The ideal candidate will live in London and be able to commute in under an hour to attend monthly client meetings.
Experience
5 or more years experience working in a digital agency in a client services role.
