We are looking for an On Trade Sales Executive to join the team at Lucky Saint as we continue our mission to become the defining alcohol-free beer. In this role you will build exceptional relationships with our influential customer base, drive new business, and support the Northern sales strategy, feeding into the wider on-trade plan.

Our founder, Luke Boase, launched Lucky Saint in late 2018 with an ambition to change the perception of alcohol-free beer and the drinking experience, worldwide. You might set about getting your route planning down using our CRM platform. With chilled beers packed you’ll then head out into trade to meet some existing customers and potential new business. Over lunch you might meet with a wholesale sales rep to share data and insights before carrying on with an afternoon of meetings with customer check ins and draught quality checks. Along the way you’ll build staff advocacy, training bar teams and prospecting new accounts. Delivering the company’s sales and profit targets for the On-Trade channel in the North – focused specifically on Leeds & Yorkshire.

  • Maximise distribution of draught and packaged beer via key relationships with all relevant On Trade customers & wholesalers.
  • You will deliver brilliant category and customer activation plans to drive customer engagement and rate of sale.
  • Support and assist on a tiered targeting team strategy for securing key accounts.
  • Continually develop your understanding of both the beer and non-alcoholic category with a focus on a data driven approach to sales.
  • You will feedback fantastic insight to the business and deliver business performance course-correcting where needed.
  • Effectively maintain an up-to-date CRM and any business essential administration.

Passion for beer, both Alcohol-Free and Full-Strength is essential.

A valid driver's licence & car is required.

Salary: 28-30k range depending on level of experience.
