Turner Lovell is working with a leading service provider in critical civil engineering projects for the Power utility sectors across the UK. You will take the lead on managing sites and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered cost-efficiently and on time, all while upholding the highest health and safety standards and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for managing sites and contractors in line with client contracts
- Managing successful day-to-day relationships with clients to ensure a good working environment and to be able to communicate clearly and offer expertise when advising on-site.
- Successful delivery of client contracts, ensuring cost efficiency in delivery, through the effective management of labor, plant, and materials, and on-time delivery of reports/projects.
- Ensuring on-site adherence to health and safety standards, ensuring toolbox talks are delivered and all H&S paperwork is completed weekly, RAMs are up to date, communicated and signed, and ensuring full compliance in all on-site audits.
- Leading gangs on site through clear daily communication, giving clear direction, and listening to the ideas and feedback from the team.
Ideal Profile:
- You’ve led both subcontractors and your teams on utility projects.
- Experienced in OHL, Pylon upgrades, and maintenance projects.
- Experience leading and managing teams.
- Skilled at working with clients.
- Have excellent communication, people, organisational, and planning skills.
