We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our EMEA marketing team from our London office. As part of Notified, a leading provider of PR and IR software solutions, you will own marketing automation strategies while driving digital demand generation across key European markets. Reporting to the Director of EMEA Marketing, you will collaborate closely with our global digital marketing team in North America to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and growth targets.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of marketing automation (HubSpot), inbound lead generation strategies and knows how to drive high-quality pipeline through digital channels.

Your task will include:

  • Own the EMEA marketing automation strategy and execution, leveraging HubSpot to create sophisticated nurture programs and workflows.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads across EMEA, with a focus on the UK, France, and Germany.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to develop localized digital campaigns that are optimized for target audiences in priority markets.
  • Support the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. Work closely with content and design teams to implement creative elements across all digital platforms.
  • Gather campaign requirements and feedback, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives. Provide support and insights on digital marketing best practices and tool utilization.
  • Design and develop email and landing pages within HubSpot, ensuring they are optimized for conversion and user experience.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns across channels using marketing automation and analytics tools including Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, and Tableau. Analyze metrics such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Grow new leads by leveraging website content to increase traffic and conversion through optimized calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content and nurturing processes.
  • Manage audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization across digital platforms.
  • Test and refine creative, messaging, and landing pages for optimal performance.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices, implementing innovative approaches to improve lead generation.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in software/technology industry required.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital lead generation campaigns.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience of marketing automation platforms, with HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in digital marketing metrics and ROI analysis.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and paid media analytics.
  • Familiarity with SEO is a plus.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Fluent in English; additional European language(s) a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present complex data to various stakeholders.
