Larbey Evans is partnering with an award-winning international law firm to recruit a Litigation Legal PA to join their leading Private Wealth Disputes team in London.

Competitive Salary

Hybrid working (3 days in / 2 days remote)

This opportunity offers hybrid working and a supportive team environment. The focus will be to identify the best approach and methodology to provide exceptional service levels to Partners, Fee Earners, and their clients.

Litigation Legal PA Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Partners, Fee Earners and the Business Development and Marketing Teams with preparation of pitches, presentations, and events and with other projects and tasks.
  • Distribute and co-ordinate appropriate support for specific client projects.
  • Liaise with the appropriate Finance team in relation to invoices, expenses, client billing and accounts, and process invoices and expenses.
  • Ensure travel bookings are completed and that relevant information is submitted and communicated in advance.
  • Conduct conflict searches, file opening, risk assessment forms, and drafting letters of engagement.
Litigation Legal PA Skills & Requirements:
  • Legal PA / Secretary experience gained from a litigation / disputes practice group / department.
  • Accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of using software including all Microsoft Office packages and experience using Practice Management systems.
