The Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day management of infrastructure topologies within the firm including but not limited to servers, storage devices, firewalls, WAN, LAN, WIFI, Internet and unified communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with any Infrastructure Projects, involving all aspects: planning, communication, implementation, and reporting.
- Maintain all networking topologies, including servers, storage devices, firewalls, WAN, LAN, WIFI, Internet and unified communications.
- Administer and monitor various systems including Windows Server, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, VMWare, VXRail, Cato Platform, Rubrik, Commvault, Juniper Mist, and APC.
- Conduct Vulnerability Analysis and Patch Management, analysing vulnerabilities using SEIM (Rapid7) and managing patching of servers, appliances, and switches.
- Respond to emergency outages in accordance with business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Skills Required
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in an IT system or infrastructure administrator role managing a complex and global IT environment.
- Experience of working in an ITIL operational process environment and ideally having worked within an ISO 27001 accredited environment or equivalent.
- Experience supporting Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive & SharePoint Online, Azure IaaS, Juniper switches, NetApp storage, SolarWinds, Dell VxRail, VMware vSphere, PowerShell, Server 2025, Azure, Entra ID, AD and Intune.
The role offers hybrid working - 2 days WFH. Working hours - 9.30am to 5.30pm.
