Help scale the next generation of marketing for the world’s biggest brands.

We’re an Australian-founded indie agency that’s helped global advertisers unlock speed, quality, and cost-efficiency at scale—through cutting-edge automation, AI, and smarter production systems.

After recent wins in Europe, we’re building our foundation team on the ground. Our Co-founder and CEO is currently in-market, and from July, we’ll have a senior team member permanently based in your time zone. We’re now looking for a commercial and strategic lead to accelerate growth across the region.

About the Role

As our Head of Growth / Head of Sales, you’ll:

\\t•\\tLead and close high-value conversations with global and regional brand and marketing leaders.

\\t•\\tOwn the sales cycle—from opening doors to pitching, scoping and conversion.

\\t•\\tShape our go-to-market and positioning in Europe with senior leadership.

\\t•\\tHelp build the London/Europe client and delivery team alongside our Aussie HQ.

\\t•\\tRepresent a point of view on the future of marketing—AI, automation, localisation at speed and scale.

This is a senior role for someone who gets energy from breaking new ground, is deeply commercially minded, and thrives in fast, entrepreneurial environments.

About You

\\t•\\tProven experience in sales, growth or business development in advertising, production, or creative technology

\\t•\\tExperience pitching and leading business with global or large regional advertisers

\\t•\\tAble to sell complex solutions that combine creativity, production and tech

\\t•\\tStrategic, persuasive, and naturally entrepreneurial

\\t•\\tExcited about automation, AI, and the future of marketing operations

\\t•\\tBonus if you’ve worked across multiple channels (TV, digital, social, social commerce)
