We’re seeking an experienced Learning and Assessment Coordinator to oversee assessment processes, support administrators, and ensure seamless exam delivery. ✨ What You’ll Do Provide administrative and technical support for assessments, ensuring policies and processes are adhered to. Supervise and support the Learning & Assessment Administrators, managing workloads and providing training. Maintain assessment trackers and ensure deadlines and objectives are met. Prepare teams for exam weeks and ensure they run smoothly. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate assessment production, marking, and moderation. Oversee adjustments, appeals, malpractice cases, and compliance within assessment frameworks. Work alongside Subject Matter Experts to manage recruitment, contracts, and invoice processing. Drive improvements in processes, documentation, and qualification developments. What We’re Looking For Experience: 3+ years in assessment production, moderation, and examiner collaboration within a professional body or educational setting. Knowledge: Strong understanding of online assessment platforms, assessment frameworks, and compliance requirements. Skills: Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail and ability to work independently. Technology: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM/e-assessment platforms. Why Apply?
