This role is with a very high quality creative production studio who works with some of the biggest brands and best creative agencies. They house a talented team of artists skilled in everything from stills, motion, CGI and beyond. They have in-house photo studios, production teams, and a global reach catering to every client need, whether it’s for ad campaigns through to social assets, they are able to bring work to life utilising their creative studio of Producers, Designers, Motion & 3D artists and retouchers.
We are looking for a seasoned Creative Retoucher with a very high end and really varied folio of retouching work. You will have worked on a broad range of projects for advertising, automotive, still life, beauty, product, as well as being used to working with provided CGI assets. You’ll be extremely passionate about the work, and have the ability to add value creatively, as well as taking feedback on board happily, and work on prescriptive briefs. You’ll enjoy collaboration and be comfortable having clients sit with you, and works to very high standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-end retouching across various digital and print formats.
- Collaborate with producers to assess new briefs and advise on projects timelines.
- Lead by example with large projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
- Develop and enhance client briefs, adding value and managing expectations.
- Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and insights.
- Liaise directly with clients and collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
