We seek a motivated and experienced Complex Care Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our London Bridge office. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and ensuring candidates are fully compliant for complex care placements. Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates for complex care roles.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet the staffing needs of our clients.
- Conduct proactive candidate searches and engage with passive candidates to expand our talent pool.
- Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and suitability for complex care positions.
- Evaluate candidates' experience, expertise, and interpersonal skills to ensure they meet the requirements of our clients.

- Compliance Management: Ensure candidates meet all regulatory and compliance requirements, including DBS checks, right to work documentation, and relevant certifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, including compliance documentation, in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the compliance process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements for complex care roles.
- Provide regular updates on candidate sourcing, interviewing, and compliance activities to ensure alignment with client expectations.

Requirements:
