A leading Software company in Berkshire is recruiting an Assistant Financial Accountant for an initial 4-month contract. If you have strong reconciliations experience, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Manage fixed assets.
- Handle accruals and prepayments.
- Oversee payroll control accounts.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Professional qualifications such as AAT, ACCA, or CIMA (part-qualified or equivalent is an advantage).
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong reconciliations experience.
- Comfortable being hands-on with financial tasks.
- Experience with multi-currency and multi-entity businesses (desirable).
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
