Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for an Acquisitions Surveyor – Direct Associate to the Managing Director, located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Acquisitions Surveyor will be responsible for leading property acquisitions, conducting site surveys, and preparing reports and recommendations for new investments. The role involves close collaboration with the Managing Director, assisting in the decision-making process, and providing insights on potential acquisitions. The Acquisitions Surveyor will also be responsible for negotiating terms with sellers, coordinating with legal teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in property acquisitions, site surveys, and investment analysis
