Our Microsoft Partner client are actively seeking to appoint an IT PMO Analyst to join their busy and expanding practice. This person will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure the successful execution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects. This role will be mainly remote with travel to client site needed 4-5 times a month.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years experience using Azure DevOps
- Previous experience working as a PMO in an IT/ERP Project environment
- Ability to thrive under pressure and demonstrate proficient management skills

Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project (MPP).
- Prepare the content for weekly status reports
- Lead the technical development stand-ups:
- Assist in developer work allocation and management to ensure resource utilisation is optimised.
- Monitor developer availability and align to the resource demands of the project.
- Environment release process management including creating and communication of release notes and schedule.
- Facilitating the progress of bug resolution including bug status reporting.
- Update and maintain RAID log on client DevOps.
- Update and maintain documentation on client SharePoint site.
- Manage the approval process of key project artefacts such Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Integration Design Documents.
- Collate and manage feedback of design documents to ensure timely approval and tracking to schedule.
- Facilitate communication between functional and technical teams.
- Facilitate communication between client and technical teams.
- Escalates project issues and risks to Programme/Project Managers.
