A bit about the job
As a Motor Claims Liability Investigator, you will be responsible for gathering all the correct and relevant information, liaising with our customers and parties involved in the claim including our suppliers to achieve the best settlement outcomes for our customers and business. Your success will impact Avivas success in the market when it comes to indemnity spend and becoming market leading.

Self-motivated to complete investigations, obtain evidence to defend our liability stance, an ability to handle difficult calls with both customers and third parties while working under pressure.

Starting salary between £25,100 to £28,500 based on a 35 hour week?or pro rata up to £32,571.43 if you prefer a 40 hour week (depending on location, skills, experience,?and qualifications)

Bonus opportunity – 6% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Avivas.
