Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans across key retail channels (quarterly/6-month/12-month cycles)
- Execute multi-channel campaigns including ATL media, in-store promotions, digital advertising, and retailer website optimisation
- Manage agency relationships and brief creative asset development to drive sales and market differentiation
- Oversee marketing budgets and measure ROI effectiveness across all channel activities
- Collaborate with Retail Marketing and Field Teams to ensure seamless online-to-store campaign alignment
What's Needed to Be Successful:
- Degree plus marketing qualification with proven Product/Services Marketing experience
- Demonstrated experience in a channel marketing role managing multiple retail partnerships
- Strong budget management and ROI measurement capabilities
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to balance multiple stakeholders while delivering complex projects on time and on budget
- Proactive problem-solving approach with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong influence and persuasion skills to drive commercial alignment across teams
- Experience managing agencies and third-party suppliers effectively
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced corporate environments with competing priorities
- Outstanding communication skills to articulate strategy and performance across business functions
