We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our Michelin-starred restaurant as we enter an exciting new phase of growth and development.

With a strong reputation for refined cuisine and elegant hospitality, the restaurant is now embarking on ambitious plans that include menu evolution, investment in the kitchen and team, and long-term creative progression. The Role

• Full responsibility for the culinary direction and day-to-day leadership of the kitchen
• Maintaining and developing Michelin-level standards of food, consistency, and execution
• Creating seasonal, produce-led menus that balance creativity with commercial awareness
• Recruiting, training, and inspiring a high-performing kitchen brigade
• Managing food costs, GP, supplier relationships, and kitchen budgets
• Working closely with senior management to deliver the restaurant’s long-term vision and future plans

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef ready to step up in a Michelin-starred or high-end fine dining environment
• A clear culinary identity with a passion for quality ingredients and precise execution
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a calm and professional kitchen culture
• Excellent organisational and financial management skills
