We are pleased to be working closely with a well known independent Insurance Broker, who are now looking to expand their Corporate Team and are looking for a Corporate Account Handler to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their individual needs and offering insurance solutions that are right for them.
  • Policy Handling: Oversee all aspects of insurance policies, such as renewals, updates, claims, and general questions. Work with senior team members or insurance providers when more complex issues arise.
  • Insurance Quotes: Research and provide clients with competitive insurance quotes that meet their coverage needs.
  • Customer Support: Address client questions and resolve concerns quickly and effectively, using phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Record Keeping: Keep all client information and policy documents accurate and up to date.
  • Claims Support: Help clients navigate the claims process by coordinating with insurers and other involved parties.

About You:

  • Experience: Minimum of 12 months commercial insurance experience.
  • Personality: Able to communicate clearly, positively, and effectively both verbally and in writing with the highest integrity and professionalism.
  • Qualifications: Cert CII status or actively working towards it.
  • Mindset: Highly organised, able to multitask, and capable of working to tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
