You will be joining a leading organisation based in Aberdeen on a part-time basis as an Administrator. Offering an immediate start, this temporary contract will likely run for 6 months. There is also the potential for this role to become permanent after an initial temporary contract.

This Administrator role provides wide-ranging administrative support to a busy department. Working part-time, you will:

  • Book travel & accommodation
  • Arrange meetings
  • Co-ordinate and manage diaries
  • Help prepare and set up for meetings
  • Create meeting agendas, send out invitations and take minutes during important meetings
  • Create reports, update records, create documents and maintain access to saved files through SharePoint
  • Provide general administration support for ongoing projects and work streams

This role will require you to have good IT skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft 365. Formal qualifications are not essential, but it would be desirable to hold a HNC in business administration or something similar.

In return, this role will offer a competitive rate of pay at £15 per hour, plus you will accrue holiday pay throughout your assignment. This role is part-time, 21 hours over 3 days, and also offers hybrid working. With a well-appointed office in Aberdeen, you will have excellent working conditions and will join a supportive and friendly team. After completing the initial contract, there may be scope to apply for a permanent role with the organisation.
