Now live in 16 regions and active in 18 countries, they’re scaling fast and looking for a bold, strategic, audience-obsessed Head of Content & Social to lead the next chapter of brand growth.

This is your chance to shape the voice of a FTSE250 company driving multi-format storytelling, building audience across social, and leading a high-impact content team that turns market insights into brand moments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and evolve the global content + social strategy across TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and more
  • Lead the creation of scroll-stopping content: from thought leadership to live video and podcasts
  • Collaborate across creative, PR, and brand to land one consistent, compelling story
  • Grow, engage, and activate trading communities with channel-native content and creator collabs
  • Use data to shape what’s next, track performance, spot trends, and adapt fast
  • Lead a cross-functional crew of analysts, producers and creatives – and bring cultural energy to the wider team
  • Speak the language of markets by translating trading trends into content that connects
