We are seeking a Finance Manager to join a project-based environment, based in the Greater Southampton area. As the Finance Manager, you will lead a small team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout all areas of accounts. If you like the thought of improving reporting and making a difference to the bottom line for a growing company, this may be the role for you!
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
- The day-to-day management of a small team
- Overseeing and improving month end management packs
- Production of monthly P&L, quarterly forecasts, and variance analysis reporting
- Ensuring the ledgers balance at month end and reports produced by the team are accurate
- Assisting Finance Director with strategic support with company vision
- Stakeholder engagement, working with commercial teams to analyse cost

- To be qualified in ACCA / CIMA / ACA
