Paid is building the revenue engine behind the AI Agent economy, making it effortless for agentic startups to monetize, track costs, and scale with confidence. As a Growth Engineer at Paid, you’ll own our website, analytics, and attribution, and build experiments that drive top-of-funnel growth. This means you won’t just be building landing pages; you’ll be testing hypotheses, measuring results, and helping define how we scale. This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage company where your work directly moves the metrics — from conversion to retention to expansion.
What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve our main marketing site (Next.js, Tailwind, Vercel, Strapi)
- Build out new high-converting landing pages, signup flows, and onboarding experiences
- Ship experiments: pricing selectors, waitlist incentives, AM/AMR calculators, referral loops
- Implement and maintain analytics (PostHog, GA4, HubSpot) and define clear attribution flows
- Help marketing and product measure what’s working — and kill what isn’t
- Create simple internal tools that become external growth loops (e.g. ROI calculators, embeddable widgets)
- Collaborate with our founders, designers, and marketers to shape what we launch — not just how
Skills & Experience You’ll Need
- 3+ years of experience in a full-stack or frontend-focused role or design role
- Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (we use Next.js, React, TypeScript)
- Strong design capabilities - you’re comfortable in mostly Figma or Adobe Illustrator
- Comfortable spinning up backend endpoints (Node.js, serverless functions, Supabase, or Firebase, Strapi), with help from other engineers if necessary
- Familiar with tools like PostHog and Google Analytics for attribution
- Curious, fast-moving, and pragmatic: you know when to A/B test and when to just ship it
- Comfortable working independently with ownership and velocity, but also enjoy cross-functional collaboration
- Bonus: you’ve built or maintained a marketing site, worked on growth teams, or hacked together tools that got real traction
Why This Role Is Special
- You’ll own the growth surface which includes site, tools, tracking, and funnels
- You’ll ship experiments with direct access to the founders
- You’ll work at the heart of a fast-growing company defining a new category
- You’ll turn your code into conversions, not Linear tickets
