A leading investment firm is seeking an experienced RFP Writer/Manager to join its Distribution team. You'll drive the creation of high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, ensuring outputs reflect the firm’s capabilities and meet client expectations. This role blends strategic thinking, content creation, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage – Oversee end-to-end delivery of proposal responses for UK and international clients.
- Write – Create accurate, engaging content using data, technology, and AI tools.
- Collaborate – Work with investment, compliance, operations, and marketing teams to gather and verify input.
- Maintain – Keep proposal databases current and optimised.
- Deliver – Meet tight deadlines without compromising quality or consistency.

About You
- 5+ years' experience in proposal writing within investment or wealth management.
- Strong understanding of financial services and products; ESG knowledge a plus.
