The Role: We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to elevate our brand across all platforms and international markets. This individual will lead our global marketing strategy, oversee brand storytelling and campaign execution, and drive measurable growth across digital and physical touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our brand’s heritage and future ambitions.
  • Asset Production: Lead the development of seasonal photography and videography, including lifestyle, studio, pack shots, and behind-the-scenes content. Oversee creative production, including model casting, agency coordination, shoot styling, and content curation.
  • Digital Marketing & Advertising: Plan and execute digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and programmatic platforms. Oversee content marketing, SEO, and email marketing to drive engagement and online sales.
  • Content & Storytelling: Own brand storytelling across digital channels, newsletters, social media, the journal, and lookbooks. Collaborate on campaign messaging and creative assets.
  • PR, Influencer & Events: Cultivate relationships with key editors, influencers, stylists, and aligned luxury partners. Oversee boutique activations, seasonal events, and participation in country sporting, equestrian, and lifestyle fairs.
  • Retail & Wholesale Support: Support the sales team with marketing toolkits, seasonal materials, and promotional content. Align marketing strategy with the brand’s retail and wholesale expansion in the UK, Europe, and North America.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a small in-house team and manage relationships with agencies, freelance creatives, and production teams. Track KPIs and report on campaign performance, customer insights, and brand growth.

Candidate Profile:

  • 7+ years of senior marketing experience in luxury fashion or lifestyle.
  • Strong background in brand development, campaign production, and digital performance.
  • Experience leading photoshoots, videography, and creative content creation.
  • Excellent aesthetic judgment, strategic thinking, and executional drive.
  • Deep understanding of luxury audiences, countryside lifestyle, and British heritage positioning.
  • Desirable: Background in PR, retail marketing, and international expansion. Familiarity with seasonal selling cycles and wholesale marketing.
