Advanced Paediatric Occupational Therapist – Inpatients Location: Central London 5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (No weekends) Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Are you a passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist ready to make a real impact? Compass Associates are proud to be partnered with a leading independent healthcare provider in their search for an Advanced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join a specialist inpatient therapy service at a highly respected central London facility. This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking team delivering complex care to children and infants within a dynamic, multidisciplinary setting. You will be joining a dedicated occupational therapy team working solely within inpatient services (no outpatient or day case responsibilities). The caseload is diverse, including a variety of complex care to all ages in paediatrics. You will take a proactive role in both treatment and service development, supervising junior staff and supporting department-wide projects alongside the Lead OT. A qualified and HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist Ideally a minimum of 1 year at Band 7 level, or extensive experience at Band 6 with leadership responsibilities Demonstrable experience in paediatrics within a hospital and inpatient environment Experience mentoring or training junior staff Competitive salary depending on experience (£49,181 to £57,000 per annum) ~25 days annual leave + bank holidays (increasing with service) ~ Private healthcare and enhanced pension scheme ~ CPD support, training, and career progression opportunities ~ Season ticket loan, cycle to work scheme & retail discounts ~ Enhanced maternity/paternity pay and life assurance
