A leading global professional services firm is seeking an inquisitive and visionary bid professional to join its Bids & Pursuits Team as a Bid & Pursuits Executive.
As a Bid & Pursuits Executive, you will help in the conversion of key opportunities by project managing the bid process for your own opportunities or supporting the Pursuits Manager on priority pursuits, developing proposals, coordinating stakeholders and continuously improving the pursuit process and methodology. The role also involves building relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating with business development teams, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting qualifying opportunities
- Developing win strategies
- Conversation coaching
- Proposition development
- Storyboarding and presentation coaching on key opportunities
- Experience in bid management / coordination, a capture or pursuit role or bid management, particularly multi service frameworks / panels or international opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise workload
- Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment
