Take the next step in your legal career and join a vibrant community of legal professionals!We are actively seeking UK based lawyers with the following qualifications:Qualified to practices as a solicitor in England and Wales preferred, other equivalent qualifications will be considered.Minimum of 3+ years of legal experience in commercial contracting.Excellent credentials, with a background in an in-house environment preferred.Substantive experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts such as supply chain/logistics agreements, master service agreements, manufacturing agreements, technology agreements, vendor agreements, nondisclosure agreements, licensing agreements, etc.Experience supporting global clients and partnering with and advising business units directly, providing guidance and practical solutions.Ability to multitask, work independently, interface directly with clients, and complete time-sensitive work product quickly.Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal business clients, support staff, external resources, and other collaborators.Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and function independently without extensive supervision.Epiq Counsel partners with industry-leading clients in support of their sophisticated interim talent needs.
