A long-standing, well-respected private membersβ club is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of its bar and casual dining services. This role requires someone with strong leadership, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to warm, efficient hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of casual bar and service staff, ensuring top-tier member and guest experience
- Schedule rotas, manage holiday cover, and maintain high staff morale
- Oversee stock control, supplier relations, and cost management across wet and dry goods
- Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Coordinate with kitchen providers and internal teams for the smooth delivery of food services
- Support both internal member-led events and external commercial bookings
- Maintain and update the EPOS system, working closely with bookkeeping and admin functions
