You will be involved in shaping HR strategy, influencing senior leadership, and integrating HR with business objectives. This role operates at a higher strategic level with broad responsibilities and influence The role is responsible for creating an HR-led workforce plan for its clients areas, which involves developing a strategic approach to managing people that will be in alignment with our business goals. You will work closely with business leaders to understand their objectives, challenges, and workforce needs to align HR strategies and initiatives with the overall business goals to drive organisational success. You will act as a trusted partner and integral part of the team to provide expert HR guidance and advice to business leaders on various people-related matters such as talent management, organisational development, and employee engagement. The role will also involve coaching line managers and leaders to build their people management skills to enable them to be self-sufficient. To be considered for this role you must have significant generalist HR experience with extensive employee relations knowledge disciplinary, grievance and capability management. You will have a high level of influence within an organisation and be results driven with ability to work on your own initiative. You must be able to demonstrate your influencing skills and ability to challenge at all levels of seniorityas well as demonstrate commercial awareness.You will have prior experience with HR systems along with prior experience of developing and supporting line managers through change and effective problem solving.You will have the ability to work independently with an adaptive and flexible approach and be able to demonstrate experience in HR Project work. You will also have experience in interpreting, analysing and understanding of HR data. HR change management/Organisational Development would be also be highly desirable.
