Receptionist - Serviced Office

Elton Recruitment is recruiting, on behalf of our client, for a Corporate Receptionist. We are looking for candidates who have 4/5-star hotel experience or have worked as a Corporate Receptionist. You will be required to work mostly between the hours of 7:30am – 7:00pm, Mon-Fri on a rotation pattern. Salary up to £32,500 pa + bonus Excellent training, development and promotion opportunities Pension Scheme Up to 25 days holiday (rising to 28 days with service) Holiday exchange scheme Private medical insurance Enhanced parental leave Meet & Greet visitors, occupiers and clients by providing a five star welcome Log building faults with the helpdesk Ensure that bookings are inputted correctly into the Manhattan Data craft booking system Assist the conference centre assistants with room set-ups as required / manage the online video conferencing diary Deal with complaints or queries in a calm and professional manner and escalate when necessary Ensure that IT equipment is tested and in good working order prior to and on installation into the conference rooms AVMI-External AV suppliers/ MVC External bridging company / internal IT Dept Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the team A working knowledge of Manhattan Data craft is desirable Fluent in Microsoft Word/Excel/Office Must be available to work varied shifts and flexible schedules, Monday Friday Experience in a client facing role involving IT and AV support.
