Are you an ambitious designer with a love for branding, storytelling, and beautiful craft? Do you want to help shape the visual identity of a growing whisky brand? We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join Annandale Distillery, working across a wide variety of creative projects that support our whisky brand, hospitality offering, and wider group of cultural sites.
Who are we? Annandale Distillery is an independent, award-winning Scotch whisky distillery located in the historic town of Annan, Dumfries and Galloway. Re-established in 2014, we produce single cask, single malt whisky with an emphasis on cask influence, craftsmanship, and bold, distinctive character. Our ambition is to build a world-class whisky brand – one that honours its heritage while standing out in the global premium spirits market. But our story doesn’t stop at whisky. You’ll also be involved in creative work for:
- The Globe Inn, Dumfries – Robert Burns’ favourite howff, now a beautifully restored whisky bar, MICHELIN listed fine-dining destination, and cultural landmark.
- Henry Duncan Savings Banks Museum – The birthplace of the Savings Banks Movement, preserving the story of local innovation with global impact.
Design plays a vital role in how we communicate across these brands – from bottle to brochure, bar to billboard.
What You’ll Do
As Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll deliver visually engaging, brand-aligned creative across digital and print. Your work will support our marketing and sales activity, both locally and internationally. Typical projects include:
- Designing adverts for print, digital, and social media
- Creating campaign assets for seasonal promotions and events
- Developing branded menus, brochures, and sales collateral
- Supporting the creation of presentation decks and internal documents
- Producing on-brand visuals for our tours, visitor experiences and retail touchpoints
- Contributing to the evolution of our brand as we expand into new markets
What You’ll Bring
