Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Technical Skills Coach Groundskeeping & Sportsturf to join our Apprenticeships team on a Full-Time, Fixed Term (Maternity Leave) basis. The primary responsibility is to oversee a caseload of apprentices and provide comprehensive support and guidance to enhance their experience in the Greenkeeping & Sportsturf Apprenticeship Programmes.

Key duties of this role include:

  • Conducting visits (remotely), assessments, and progress reviews to ensure the apprentices' steady advancement towards successful completion of their apprenticeship programs.
  • Effective communication, utilization of technology, and diligent monitoring of off-the-job training hours.
  • Possessing a thorough understanding of pertinent policies and procedures, encompassing risk management, diversity and equality, health and safety, safeguarding, and data protection.

This is a Fixed Term Position covering Maternity Leave from March 2025 until March 2026. This is a remote role, but the successful employee may, if required, have to visit one of our campuses.
