As an Account Executive at North Bridge Staffing Group, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and establishing new long-term relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to identify staffing needs of client organizations and match them with a Recruiter on our team. This role requires a strong sales and customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to building and maintaining client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential client organizations through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate new business.
