MKJ Ignite are delighted to be exclusively working with a Gen Z Lifestyle challenger brand who are making serious waves in their space. They are looking for an analytical Performance Marketing Manager to support the business on all things acquisition. The business works across both retail and online but is predominately D2C focused therefore this is a crucial hire for them to help them continue to grow.

You will be responsible for scaling paid performance across all digital channels, working closely with the Head of Performance & Digital and Co-founders to profitably grow their customer base through structured testing, smart creative strategy, and tight campaign execution.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

⭐️ Candidates MUST have strong analytical skills.

⭐️ Technical Meta, TikTok, Google, and Pinterest knowledge, with a strong focus on profitable customer acquisition.
