Senior AI Engineer – London (Hybrid)

What will I be doing:

• Design, deploy, monitor scalable AI systems for millions of global members.
• Collaborate with product/data teams, embracing “you build it, you run it” DevOps mindset.
• Ensure quality via automated testing; select cost-effective AI solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Build scalable AI systems including agentic chatbots and self-service platforms
• Develop internal AI copilot tools to enhance operational efficiency
• Create recommendation systems and search functionality
• Ensure reliability through automated testing and observability
• Make strategic technology decisions balancing cost and delivery timelines

What we're looking for

• 4-5 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages
• Experience with GenAI tools (LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face)
• ML fundamentals and LLM expertise (prompt engineering, cost optimization)
• Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and infrastructure-as-code
• DevOps tooling (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) and observability
• Distributed systems and datastores (SQL/NoSQL)
