WeDoData have partnered with a great further education client in Greater London who is looking to recruit a full-time, permanent Exams Manager to lead the exams service across their multi-site college. This role will involve managing a team of 4 other exams personnel (plus invigilators) who are responsible for the smooth running of the college exams and assessments function.
As Exams Manager, you will be heavily involved in the day-to-day operations at two sites and will also take the lead in ensuring a high standard of customer service (staff and students), continuous improvement of systems and processes, and adherence to awarding body regulations.
In return, my client can offer a salary of circa £41,000-47,000 plus access to local government pension, generous holiday allowance, ongoing training, and other on-site perks (gym, onsite parking, spa, salon etc). Please note that due to the nature of the role, this role will be mainly on-site.
