We’re hiring a Business Change Lead for a pivotal role in a major global transformation programme, for a sizable retail business. This senior and influential role will lead the UK change effort as part of a global transformation of legacy technology across ERP and other associated applications used by a large number of business users. The UK will be the first market to go live—so you’ll be at the forefront of change, shaping how technology enables thousands of frontline employees across business operations.
You’ll play a key role in winning hearts and minds—from senior stakeholders to business operations — ensuring adoption, readiness, and lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and deliver the change management strategy across the UK programme.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and executive sponsors, with regular contributions to Board meetings and similar.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and change adoption across all levels.
- Design and execute communication, training, and support plans.
- Manage impact assessments and readiness activities.
- Address resistance and embed sustainable change.
- Provide clear governance reporting and insights to leadership.
- Senior-level experience leading business change in a complex, global, fast-moving environment.
- Experience leading change where large numbers of operational business users will be impacted (retail / hospitality / supply chain / manufacturing etc).
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to operate at all levels and have credibility with the SLT and Board.
- Familiarity with ERP transformation (SAP / Oracle or similar) at some point in your career, combined with very business user oriented products with high numbers of users, would be very desirable.
