Our client, an ambitious and rapidly scaling activewear brand is looking for a commercially driven Head of Merchandising to lead end-to-end merchandising across apparel, footwear, and accessories.

You’ll be responsible for building data-led, customer-focused assortments that support the brand’s mission, while driving category P&Ls, seasonal planning, and product lifecycle optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the merchandising strategy across own-label and branded product.
- Build seasonal range plans aligned to commercial targets and innovation goals.
- Monitor category performance and make agile trade decisions to drive sell-through and margin.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, buying, digital, and marketing teams.
- Shape product launches and support strong customer journeys across all channels.
- Guide planning, pricing, and markdown strategy in partnership with finance.
You:
- Strong commercial mindset with experience owning category P&Ls.
- Proven merchandising leadership in a scaling activewear, sportswear, or performance brand.
- Skilled in lifecycle planning, trading, and data analysis.
- Confident in both branded buying and own-brand curation.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, hands-on environments with a collaborative approach.
