We’re working with a respected subsea contractor who’s just landed new work – and they’re growing fast. As a result, we're looking for experienced Lead and Senior Engineers to support delivery across IRM, decommissioning, and subsea construction scopes.

If you’ve got a few solid years under your belt and know your way around a vessel deck, ROV spreads, and real-world project delivery – this one’s for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading scopes from pre-mob through to execution
• Collaborating with onshore and offshore teams
• Getting involved in vessel planning, ROV ops, and subsea construction
• Bringing a calm, experienced voice to dynamic project teams

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in subsea engineering (IRM, decommissioning or construction)
• Strong understanding of vessel-based operations
• Confident communicator with leadership capability
• Offshore flexibility when needed
• Comfortable being in the Aberdeen office 3 days a week
