A client of Melbury Wood is recruiting an experienced and strategically-minded Senior Consultant to join their growing team. Operating as a senior member of the team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction across sectors including energy, financial services, sport, and infrastructure. Act as a senior advisor and primary contact for multiple clients, ensuring high-quality, consistent service Monitor and interpret political, policy, and regulatory developments, providing strategic counsel and timely insight Mentor and support junior colleagues, helping to build their skills and confidence through on-the-job coaching and structured development Motivate and guide project teams to deliver excellence, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement Represent the consultancy at high-level stakeholder meetings, political events, and industry forums Contribute significantly to business development supporting proposals, leading pitches, identifying opportunities, and building relationships with prospective clients Demonstrated ability to lead client accounts and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders ~ Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development and pitch leadership ~
