I am on the look out for a dynamic Influencer Partnerships Manager to join a culture-first creative communications agency in London! This agency thrives on building brands that blend sports, fashion, and lifestyle into something truly unique. They are seeking someone to support the agency with delivery of multiple paid partnership briefs across key agency clients. The successful candidate will have proven experience of delivering end to end paid partnerships, with a deep love (and knowledge) of the sportswear and lifestyle influencer scene.
My client builds brands, reimagining their truth with bold storytelling. Using their strategic props they channel their creativity and connections before activating through PR, social, influencers, experiential and head-turning campaigns. I’m looking for someone who lives and breathes influencer culture — not just someone who follows the trends, but someone who helps set them.
Your Background- Experience of influencer paid partnership strategy, planning and execution.
- A book of contacts and pre-established working relationships with influencers, on both an organic and paid basis. European and Global contacts are a plus!
- Skilled in identifying, recruiting, and managing influencers, creatives, and talent for content creation.
- Confident in negotiation and legal contracting.
- Experienced in analysing creator performance metrics and developing relevant KPIs aligned with client and project goals.
- Ability to produce detailed and effective influencer creative briefs, including clear deliverables and content references.
- Experience shaping campaign narratives and identifying trends in digital culture and social media to inform creative approaches.
- Proven capability in managing relationships with talent, creatives, and communities.
- Willingness to push creative boundaries and bring fresh content ideas to life.
- Experience in developing and delivering content performance reports, including insights and recommendations for clients.
- Experience working on KPI driven accounts, achieving and over delivering against client objectives and KPIs.
- Social media savvy and able to prove digital experience.
- Ability to work closely with social media teams to deliver 360 communication results.
- Up-to-date understanding of the evolving influencer landscape with an agile and forward-thinking approach.
- Solid finance skills, including managing small budgets and adhering to agency and client financial processes and policies.
- 4+ years of experience managing influencer partnerships within an agency environment.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end paid partnership campaigns.
- You have a solid understanding of brand strategy, positioning, trends, and insights.
- You’re well-versed in the sectors they work in and can talk passionately about this.
