What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Deployment Director to lead the rollout of our technology solutions across a diverse set of internal projects and external partner environments. This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional role requiring strong leadership, exceptional project management, and relationship-building skills. The Deployment Director will be accountable for ensuring that FPSM’s platforms and products are delivered efficiently, consistently, and with measurable impact—whether for internal systems, global partnerships, or regional implementations.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Leading the end-to-end deployment lifecycle of FPSM products and platforms across multiple workstreams.
  • Overseeing the configuration, implementation, and rollout of technology in both owned-and-operated environments and partner networks.
  • Working across a variety of software deployments, adapting approaches for different markets, systems, and partners.
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to support scalable delivery.
  • Program management and transparency, highlighting key dependencies and critical success factors, including gap analysis of organizational, territorial, and product-related resources.
  • Coordinating internal and third-party resources, ensuring alignment and accountability across all phases of deployment.
  • Establishing and refining best practices and frameworks for efficient, repeatable, and high-quality technology rollouts.

You Will Be Accountable For

  • Delivering complex deployment projects on time, on budget, and with clear performance outcomes.
  • Ensuring cross-team alignment and smooth operational handovers.
  • Mitigating risks and managing issues throughout the deployment lifecycle.
  • Providing visibility into progress and performance through reporting and KPIs.
  • Championing strong, hands-on project management practices across all initiatives.
  • Identifying and coordinating third-party resources as needed, such as user journey expertise or other specialist inputs that support deployment success.

You Will Be Supporting

  • Internal stakeholders by ensuring technology implementations align with operational and strategic goals.
  • External partners by delivering high-quality deployment experiences that support long-term relationships and impact.
  • Cross-functional teams by ensuring smooth communication, clarity of objectives, and execution against roadmap priorities.

Your Skillset

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in deployment, implementation, or program/project management roles.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale technology deployments in complex, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and diplomatic approach.
  • Technical fluency in SaaS, platforms, or enterprise systems.
  • Experience managing internal and third-party delivery teams.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
  • Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, or other delivery frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills, with an analytical and outcome-focused mindset.
