Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to lead and support the implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365 across multiple business locations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level Dynamics 365 solutions, including Finance & Operations (F&O), Sales, Customer Service, and/or Supply Chain modules. This role requires strong functional and technical knowledge, cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to manage complex, multi-site rollouts.
Implementation Support Tasks
Review Solution Design Documents
- Validate alignment with international business requirements.
- Identify localization or compliance gaps.
Participate in Project Meetings
- Internal project lead for D365 project
- Attend daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and steering committee meetings.
- Represent international Finance team and act as a liaison between the international entity and the implementation team.
Coordinate with Functional and Technical Teams
- Ensure international requirements are understood and implemented.
- Track and escalate issues or blockers.
Monitor Configuration and Customization
- Review configurations,
- Validate localization package deliverables for U.K., Germany, and Poland fulfil statutory and business requirements
- Validate custom developments and integrations.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Develop Test Plans and Scripts
- Ensure test cases provided include international-specific scenarios (e.g., tax, currency, language).
Execute Testing
- Perform hands-on testing on behalf of the international team.
- Log and track defects.
Validate Data Migration
- Perform data validation and reconciliation.
Training & Change Management
Develop Training Materials
- Create user guides, SOPs, and quick reference cards tailored to international users.
Conduct Training Sessions
- Deliver live or virtual training for end-users and super users.
- Provide hands-on walkthroughs and Q&A sessions.
Support Go-Live Readiness
- Assist with cutover planning and readiness assessments.
Change Management Support
- Help communicate changes to international teams.
- Support adoption through workshops and feedback loops.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain Issue Logs and Status Reports
- Track progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Provide regular updates to project leadership.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project managing and/or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Proven experience delivering multi-site or multi-country D365 deployments.
- Strong knowledge of at least two of the following modules: Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain Management.
- Solid understanding of ERP/CRM business processes and integration points.
- Experience with data migration, system integration (e.g., Azure, Power Platform), and reporting tools (Power BI a plus).
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to different company locations as required.
