Support Services Representative (No experience required)

Mighty Kids Supplements is a fast growing family-run business, having achieved around £10M revenue in its second year of trading, with a customer base of over 100k. We are looking for someone who takes pride in ensuring a truly exceptional customer experience. The role is for between 20-40 hours per week. It is fully remote with a somewhat flexible work schedule, but it is very intensive and requires a lot of motivation and commitment. Tuesday and Friday availability is required (6 hours at any time of the day), along with one Saturday per month (8 hours). Marketing experience and / or familiarity with using Canva for the creation of social media content may be an advantage. Data entry in various platforms At least 1 – 3 years\’ of relevant work experience The role offers opportunity to progress, and for the right candidate there may be the opportunity to carve out your own role as the company grows.
