We are looking for a VP Performance Media for a leading online marketplace for student living. They have over 2 million beds on their platform and have helped students in over 170 countries. The business has been through a major transformation and this is a rare opportunity to completely reshape the performance team.
You will mainly be responsible for:
- Building their global performance team and capability from scratch with a key focus on paid search and paid social.
- Understanding the emerging media platforms for Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences.
- Fostering a test and learn strategy whilst managing a small media budget.
- Designing sophisticated media measurement frameworks for a diverse global student segments.
- Leading and inspiring a small team and agency partners.
- Overseeing the roll out of a new CRM platform and developing a CRM strategy.
You must have experience leading with a small team and ideally come from a D2C start-up or scale-up environment. The role is based in London with occasional travel to key markets.
