As their operations grow, they’re now looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join their team in Longfield.In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the business meets regulatory requirements across key areas such as anti-bribery, modern slavery, ESG, sanctions, and cybersecurity. You’ll support supply chain compliance, manage customer compliance queries, and work closely with internal teams on audits, training, policy development, and risk assessments.The Role:Monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant international regulationsManaging customer compliance questionnaires and inquiriesDriving supply chain compliance across legal, ethical, and operational standardsSupporting the Quality Team with product complianceDelivering risk assessments and internal auditsCreating and updating internal policies and compliance training programsActing as a key liaison for regulatory bodies and industry stakeholdersEssential Skillset:Strong experience in compliance, risk management, or a similar fieldKnowledge of global regulatory frameworks, particularly in manufacturing or automotive environmentsExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple prioritiesRelevant qualifications such as CCEP are advantageousPackage:£60,000 – £65,000Longfield, KentHybrid working – 3 days in office, 2 days from homeDiscretionary bonus up to 10%25 days holiday + bank holidays
